RICHARD (RICK) E. CONWAY Certified Public Accountant Rick has over 30 years of experience in public accounting. Rick is one of the founding partners of Conway, Deuth & Schmiesing, PLLP. He is a graduate of St. Cloud State University, and received his CPA certification in 1985. His primary focus includes working with management and individuals on financial, tax, and managerial issues faced within a rapid changing business environment. His experience in financial and managerial areas helps him to provide input on the establishment and implementation of short-term and long-term goals for his clients. Rick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Willmar Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce. He has served on the Board of Directors for various organizations, including the Rice Hospital Board. Rick is a member and past president of the Rotary Club and is Chairman of the Finance Committee of St. Mary's Church in Willmar. ROGER A.
